ABOUT THE NDPP

The National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) is a national initiative to reduce the development of type 2 diabetes. It is a 12-month, group based program which encourages lifestyle modifications shown to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.

This program is financed in part by the Centers for Disease Control 2018 Prevention and Public Health Funds (PPHF): A Strategic Approach to Advancing Health Equity for Priority Populations with or at Risk for Diabetes (CDC-RFA-DP23-0020).
